All site visits conducted by Davis Family Arbor Services are not to be considered formal tree risk assessments, unless explicitly stated in writing by a certified arborist as part of our contracted services. General site visits may include visual inspections and verbal consultations, but these are not substitutes for a professional risk evaluation.

If you require a comprehensive tree risk assessment, please request this service specifically so that we may include it in your proposal.

2. Proposal Acceptance and Scheduling

Accepted proposals must be scheduled within 30 calendar days of acceptance. If a job is not scheduled within this time frame, we reserve the right to withdraw or modify the proposal at our sole discretion.

Delays in scheduling may result in the need to reassess the scope, pricing, and availability due to seasonal workload, resource availability, or changes in site conditions.

3. General Terms

• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if safety, environmental, or legal concerns arise.
